Tom Hardy Says His Favorite 40 Minutes Of Venom Were Cut

That's not a good sign.

In an interview with Comics ExplainedTom Hardy was asked about his favorite scene to film in Venom. His response isn't very promising for the film.

"Things that aren't in this movie. There are, like, 30 to 40 minutes' worth of scenes that aren't in this movie... all of them. Mad puppeteering scenes, dark comedy scenes. You know what I mean? They just never made it in."

Hardy recently expressed his interest in having Venom join the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but trash talking the film certainly won't speed things along.

Venom, directed by Ruben Fleischer, is set to release October 5, 2018.
