X-Men: Dark Phoenix Cast Grows

Actors from X-Men: Days of Future Past are in talks to return as well.

FOX's X-Men: Dark Phoenix has cast two new characters: "Luna" and Dr. John Grey. Luna, who is rumored to be the Savage Land mutant Lorelei, will be played by Kota Eberhardt, a recent model turned actress. Dr. John Grey, Jean Grey's father, will be played by Scott Shepherd, the role previously played by Adrian Hough in X-Men: The Last Stand.

FOX is also in talks for the return of two characters from X-Men: Days of Future PastEvan Jonigkeit's Toad and Gregg Lowe's Ink.

Set to open Nov. 2, 2018, X-Men: Dark Phoenix stars James McAvoy as Charles Xavier, Michael Fassbender as Magneto, Jennifer Lawrence as Mystique, Nicholas Hoult as Beast, Sophie Turner as Jean Grey, Alexandra Ship as Storm, Tye Sheridan as Cyclops, Jessica Chastain most likely as Lilandra, and Kodi Smit-McPhee as Nightcrawler.
